Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Market Supply Chain Manager in Milano to bridge the BU and regional SC organization, aligning commercial ambition with execution. You will drive end-to-end performance, manage service, inventory, cash and costs, and lead a high-performing market team with strong business partnering capabilities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end supply chain and S&OP knowledge.
• Forecasting, scenario planning and performance management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• +6 years Supply Chain experience across multiple areas and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into a clear, executable supply chain plan.
• Deliver against service, inventory, cash and cost KPIs and manage trade-offs between service, cost and complexity.
• Co-own KPIs with regional Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Represent market priorities to regional teams and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Drive standardization, simplification and continuous improvement, while contributing to transformation.
