Ariston Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead end‑to‑end production activities in the Marche region, reporting to the Plant Director. The role focuses on safe, on‑time, cost‑effective output, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration across quality, logistics, maintenance and HR.

You will drive 5S and autonomous maintenance, develop skills matrices, and lead a capable production team while aligning with World Class Manufacturing principles and

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
