Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function in our Scandicci plant. You will drive TPM-based improvement, develop people, and ensure safe, reliable operations within a high-performance team.

Responsibilities include directing daily team performance, coaching technicians, prioritising work, and aligning maintenance with engineering and operations to meet plant objectives. Experience in food & beverage maintenance is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage maintenance preferred.
• Strong PM practices knowledge.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Capable of managing complex projects.
• Experience with HVAC and energy management.
• Understanding of maintenance integration with operations.
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Engineering and Area Supervisors.
• ATEX knowledge is a strong advantage.
