Phenomenex Italian team seeks an Account Manager on a fixed-term contract to maintain and grow a territory of key accounts. You will provide advanced service, technical support, product demonstrations, and seminars to customers in Southern Italy while reporting to the District Sales Manager.

You will travel 10-20% for visits, collaborate with the Sales Manager on business plans, and build relationships with decision makers to achieve sales and profit goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related Science required.
• Ability to analyze, facilitate dialogue across a group or team, communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others.
• Ability to strategically plan, organize, and allocate resources to meet business needs.

Mansioni

• Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information, product demonstrations and seminars.
• Build account relationships beyond the buying level to ensure involvement of key decision makers.
• Ensure that assigned territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals.
• Work together with the Sales Manager to develop business plans and sales strategies for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a resource for colleagues.
