Join our Industrial Energy Technology Services (IET) team to provide industry-leading products and solutions to increase overall plant efficiency and rejuvenation.

As Lean Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving Field Services lean transformation programs by developing and implementing Lean methodologies and strategies across the IET Gas Technology Services portfolio. You will be leading the continuous improvement of site operations related processes by working collaboratively within regional cross‑functional teams, identifying areas for improvement and deploying solutions to enhance efficiency, HSE, Quality and Customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will also be:
  • Analyze the entire IET service outage portfolio, by contract and execution model, through a Lean Management lens.
  • Identify, lead and facilitate Lean initiatives across the organization, including process improvement, waste reduction, and problem‑solving activities.
  • Partner with Operations teams to cultivate and promote Lean principles, tools, and methodologies to ensure Lean practices are embraced and adopted across the organization.
  • Ensure Lean principles are incorporated into daily work routines, including visual management, on‑site daily huddles, and problem‑solving activities.
  • Develop business cases for identified initiatives, prioritize and drive their implementation, measure results in terms of Customer Outcomes and Business sustainability.
  • Develop and implement Lean KPI to measure performance and identify waste; make data‑driven decisions on where to continue or pivot.
  • Develop, promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen).
  • Periodically update senior leadership on the progress of the entire execution excellence and productivity program deck, also communicating best practices and success stories to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Lead the development of VSMs and Kaizen workshops.
  • Coaching on lean practices: offer ongoing coaching to ensure the proper use of Lean principles and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a higher technical qualification.
  • Have experience in driving continuous process improvement and applying Lean methodologies in business operations.
  • Possess knowledge and hands‑on experience with Lean principles, tools, and methodologies, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen events.
  • Be an expert in Agile and Lean methodologies, as well as Six Sigma, with a strong eagerness for continuous learning.
  • Have knowledge of IET products and field service experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong data‑gathering and process‑oriented mindset.
  • Be financially focused, with the ability to leverage HSE and Quality to achieve operational targets.
  • Possess broad business acumen to effectively collaborate with and lead large, remote, cross‑functional, and diverse teams.
  • Be a self‑starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, passionate about innovation, and committed to challenging the status quo.
  • Be an excellent motivator and communicator.
  • Be available to travel up to 30% of the time.
