team.blue is seeking a Head of HR Insights & Analytics to build our people analytics capability across 17 countries. You will design the group-wide data and reporting framework, drive data quality, and provide real-time dashboards for divisional leaders and the CHRO.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, link people data to business outcomes, and explore AI opportunities in analytics. This foundational role shapes the HR operating model.

Competenze

• 5-7 years in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce intelligence.
• Proven track record building HR analytics capabilities from scratch.
• Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS; familiarity with Culture Amp and ATS.
• Background in a company undergoing structural transformation or shift to integrated operating model.
• Experience presenting data and insight to CEOs and board-level audiences.

Mansioni

• Design and own the group-wide HR data and reporting framework across divisions and countries.
• Lead remediation of HiBob data quality with the HR Operations team.
• Define and implement mandatory reporting standards (headcount, attrition, vacancies, cost to plan, payroll accuracy).
• Build and maintain division-level dashboards for HR Directors and CEO with real-time metrics.
• Develop group-level workforce planning models to show headcount trajectory and cost evolution.
• Link people data to business performance metrics for executive understanding.
• Explore AI/automation opportunities in people analytics and build internal capability.
