Avolta is seeking a People Technology Analyst to own and transform HRIS across the EMEA region. You will coordinate payroll data, ensure system integrity, and drive transformation initiatives for SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.

Competenze

• 5+ years in HRIS, HR operations or payroll.
• Strong vendor-managed environments experience.
• Experience in HR systems (SuccessFactors EC, ONB and REC, time systems).
• Integration knowledge.
• Proven delivery of multi-country transformation projects.

Mansioni

• Own HRIS landscape and payroll integrations across EMEA.
• Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and interface performance.
• Lead system enhancements, releases and implementations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 issue resolution and technical oversight.
• Partner with IT and vendors on system architecture.
