EssilorLuxottica is seeking an HR Analytics Intern to support the HRBP team by analyzing people data and supporting decision-making across core HR processes. You will gain hands-on exposure to HR analytics and business partnering within a global organization.

The role offers close collaboration with a dedicated business unit, opportunities to work on data-driven projects, and exposure to organizational topics and workforce planning.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or other relevant fields with a strong analytical component.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in people data and business insights
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work under pressure

Mansioni

• Analyze people and workforce data across all core HR processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business
• Contribute to organizational design and workforce planning for a designated business unit by supporting data-driven analyses, scenario modeling, and impact assessments
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to translate business and organizational challenges into analytical questions and actionable insights
• Support decision-making during organizational changes, talent discussions, and engagement initiatives by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative organizational context
• Support HR Business Partners in ongoing employee lifecycle activities, using data and stakeholder interactions to understand how structure, roles, and capabilities affect the business unit’s performance
• Drive continuous improvement through the automation, digitalization, and enhancement of HR reporting and analytics processes
