Institute Itech is seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and lead the human resources function during a pivotal moment of international expansion. You will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance across multiple geographies.

The role offers autonomy, impact, and a path toward Head of Human Resources or Chief People Officer, with a hybrid work model and international scope.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or closely related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in HR management or people operations with ownership of full HR function.
• Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse role typologies.
• Experience designing and implementing HR processes, policies, and organizational frameworks.
• Fluent Italian and English (mandatory).
