A leading global manufacturer in the electronics industry seeks an HR Technology & People Analytics Specialist. This role involves designing and optimizing HR systems and analytics frameworks, providing data-driven insights for workforce planning and talent management. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field, at least 2 years of HR Technology experience, and strong analytical skills. The position is full-time, based in Castelfidardo, and reports to the HR Manager.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or People Analytics roles.
• Experience in multinational or PE-backed company preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Configure, administer, and optimize HR systems.
• Lead new HR technology implementations and upgrades.
• Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights.
