Hitachi Energy in Lombardy, Italy seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive medium-sized EPC projects within a multinational setting, ensuring policy, quality, safety, and financial targets are met. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborate with Supply Chain, and manage contracts and risk to deliver grid and power quality solutions for energy transition initiatives.

Competenze

• Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a technical field
• 5+ years in Project Management of medium-sized EPC projects with on-site experience
• Expertise in Electrical Systems (T&D, Power Generation); familiarity with Terna, Enel, Edison
• Experience with diverse contracts (FIDIC, Italian Public Contracts Code) across public/private sectors
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project

Mansioni

• Lead project team, define guidelines, allocate tasks, and motivate resources to achieve milestones.
• Jointly define project plans with Project Controls, including scope, budgets, schedule, and risk management.
• Ensure adherence to execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies; monitor progress and resource use.
• Provide regular management reporting, capture lessons learned, and formal project closure.
• Manage contracts and claims per policy and contractual agreements; coordinate procurements with Supply Chain.
• Serve as primary customer contact and escalation point for project issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies; uphold external/internal regulations.
