Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Manager to steer medium-sized EPC projects in a multinational setting, ensuring delivery within policy, quality, safety, and financial targets. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with Supply Chain, manage contracts and risk, and serve as primary customer contact to ensure alignment and successful project closure.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, fluent English and Italian, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience leading medium-sized EPC projects.
• On-site experience required.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Familiar with FIDIC and Italian Public Contracts Code.

The role sits at the core of delivering grid and power quality solutions for energy transition initiatives. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and successful project closure.

• Jointly define project plans with Project Controls, including scope, budgets, schedule, and risk management.

• Engineering Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) with strong technical foundation
• 5+ years in Project Management of medium-sized EPC projects with on-site experience
• Expertise in Electrical Systems (T&D, Power Generation); familiarity with Terna, Enel, Edison
• Experience with diverse contracts (FIDIC, Italian Public Contracts Code) across public/private sectors
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project
• Highly organized, proactive leader; able to coordinate multi-site teams; willing to travel ~25%
