Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Lead AI Operations Engineer based in Milan, Italy (or Madrid, Lisbon). You will shape, design, implement, and continually improve the enterprise capabilities to run AI applications safely, reliably, and at scale.

You will work across AI Observability, LLMOps, FinOps, and security/compliance, partnering with the Agent Factory, AI Engineering, Data Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity to deliver reusable platform capabilities and robust production

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years in Platform/Production engineering (SRE/DevOps/DevSecOps/MLOps).
• Experience operating ML or agentic systems in production.

Mansioni

• Design end-to-end AI observability for applications and agents.
• Implement LLMOps and AgentOps platform enablement.
• Lead FinOps for AI consumption and cost control.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance into AI runtime.
• Define operational processes and incident response for AI services.
