Atlante is seeking an AI Engineer Intern in Milan to join the Data Platform & AI team and help design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for internal operations. You will build AI agents, knowledge-based systems, and conversational interfaces for real products and internal capabilities.

You will work on production-grade AI, contribute to strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment. Hybrid in Milan with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a STEM degree (CS, statistics, engineering, math, physics or similar).
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Fluent in English.
• Interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and their applications.
• Proactive, curious to learn fast and take initiative.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and AI-enabled workflows for data analysis and decision support.
• Build knowledge-based systems and retrieval pipelines on Atlante's data platform.
• Develop conversational interfaces and intelligent data access layers.
• Evaluate, test, and integrate AI tools, frameworks, and model providers.
• Ensure production-ready, scalable, secure AI solutions and iterate on performance.
