TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to strengthen our Data, AI & Analytics team in Milan or Padova.

You will build core AI platform services such as LLM gateways, MCP infrastructure, and agent lifecycle management to enable scalable AI-powered products. The role requires 4–5 years in platform/cloud/backend engineering, strong Python (FastAPI), and experience with containers, IaC, and cloud ecosystems.

Competenze

• 4–5 years of experience in platform, cloud, or backend engineering.
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures, containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with Python backend development (FastAPI).
• Interest in AI technologies and building platforms enabling AI at scale.
• Good understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).

Mansioni

• Develop core services of the AI Platform, including LLM gateways and MCP infrastructure.
• Design platform capabilities to help product teams deploy AI-powered applications at scale.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Teams and Business Units to enable AI-powered products.
