Livia is building the operating system for residential living in Milan. We seek an AI Engineer to design foundations, build AI automations, and own critical data layers across the stack.

You will work with a mix of local and international talent, shipping production-ready features that customers rely on daily. You’ll collaborate across teams to create a scalable context layer, implement AI-driven workflows, and deliver a user-friendly residents’ portal.

Competenze

• Solid full-stack experience with modern web stacks.
• Hands-on AI engineering with practical deployments.
• Proficient in data modeling for complex domains.
• Ability to understand problems before coding and ship production-ready solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Design and own the data model for Italian buildings including units, owners, systems, contractors, contracts, and history.
• Develop AI automations and pipelines for invoices, deadlines, communications, and reconciliations.
• Build internal platform tools used by admins and operations teams.
• Create residents’ portal and app with real-time accounts, tracking, and documents.
• Handle integrations and migrations from partner firms, banks, and contractors.
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, testing, and quality of the platform.
