TXT Group in Lombardy, Italy, is seeking an MLOps & Platform Engineer to design, build and operate its AI platform, ensuring secure, scalable environments for enterprise apps and ML workloads. You will own Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure while enabling model management, data pipelines and monitoring.

You will collaborate with software and AI engineers to streamline delivery, implement observability, and maintain security and reliability across production AI

Competenze

• 3+ years in platform and infrastructure engineering with production ownership of Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud infra.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience with Linux infra, IaC and security fundamentals.

Mansioni

• Design and manage cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes clusters and containerised apps.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate infra provisioning and deployment.
• Deploy and manage AI system infra: LLMs, embeddings, vector stores and caching.
• Define CI/CD for AI apps and data pipelines with reproducible environments.
• Manage models, prompts and configs; support fine-tuning pipelines.
• Collaborate with software engineers and AI specialists to streamline delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting for LLM apps and data pipelines.
• Ensure high availability, security and operational reliability of the platform.
• Manage secrets, access control and environment isolation for AI services.
• Support offline evaluation and A/B testing with telemetry data.
