TeamSystem is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to build the core AI bricks running LLMs, agentic AI and MCP servers. You will work in an agile team to deliver scalable AI-powered platforms in a fast-paced environment.

The role expects 4–5 years in platform/cloud/backend engineering, strong Python (FastAPI) skills, and a passion for AI with attention to observability, security, and cost management. Hybrid work model in Milan or Padua.

Competenze

• 4–5 years in platform/cloud/backend engineering roles.
• Strong Python backend development experience (FastAPI).
• Experience with cloud infrastructures and containers helpful.
• English proficiency at B2 level is required.

Mansioni

• Develop core AI platform services and MCP infrastructure.
• Design scalable platform capabilities for AI-powered apps.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Teams and Business Units.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and platform evolution.
