PVH Italy in Milan is seeking an IT Service Desk intern to join our Milan HQ, assisting with user requests, onboarding/offboarding, device support, and ticket tracking.

You will collaborate with IT and other departments, gaining hands-on experience across hardware, software, OS, and networking. The program offers mentorship, a structured learning path, and a monthly stipend with meal benefits.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in IT.
• Basic hardware and software knowledge.
• Familiarity with major operating systems and Office Automation.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness and flexibility for an internship.

Mansioni

• Manage user requests and problems related to assigned devices.
• Onboard and offboard employees, including asset management.
• Assist in configuring and supporting hardware and software devices.
• Monitor and manage support tickets through the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
