Moncler in Milan HQ is seeking an IT Service Desk intern to join our team immediately. You will support users, manage onboarding/offboarding, and assist with hardware and software setup.

You will monitor tickets, liaise with IT and other departments, and help ensure timely resolutions. The ideal candidate has an IT degree, basic hardware/software knowledge, and good English. Internship includes €800 monthly allowance and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in IT field.
• Basic hardware and software knowledge.
• Familiarity with major operating systems.
• Knowledge of Office Automation.
• Good command of English.
• Availability, flexibility and listening skills.
• Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.
