CHEP UK Ltd. offers a 6-month Customer Service Office Internship in Milan. You will be part of a proactive team serving customers as the main contact, handling mailboxes and calls, and supporting customer experience initiatives.

You will use SAP, BW and the MS Office suite while developing skills in asset productivity and account analysis. Fluency in English and Italian is required, and you must reside in Milan.

Competenze

• University degree in economics or statistics.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Provide first contact support for customers as part of a proactive team.
• Manage mailboxes and inbound/outbound calls with focus on SMEs.
• Support customer experience initiatives and perform account analysis using BW.
• Handle administrative tasks using SAP and local tools.
