PVH Italy in Milan is seeking an IT Service Desk intern to join our Milan HQ, assisting with user requests, onboarding/offboarding, device support, and ticket tracking.

You will collaborate with IT and other departments, gaining hands-on experience across hardware, software, OS, and networking. The program offers mentorship, a structured learning path, and a monthly stipend with meal benefits.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in IT.
• Basic hardware and software knowledge.
• Familiarity with major operating systems and Office Automation.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness and flexibility for an internship.

• Manage user requests and problems related to assigned devices.

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS We are looking for a passionate and engaged IT Service Desk intern to join our IT Service Desk team in our Milan HQ.

Your Impact

• Management of user requests and problems related to assigned devices;
• Management of employee onboarding and offboarding, including asset management;
• Assisting in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices;
• Monitoring and managing support tickets through our ticketing system;
• Collaboration with IT other departments to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in the IT field;
• Basic knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of computers;
• Familiarity with major operating systems;
• Knowledge of Office Automation;
• Good command of the English language;
• Availability, flexibility, and listening skills;
• Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.
