Esyen Spain is seeking a Helpdesk IT – Backoffice intern in Avezzano, Italy, to join the team in an internship. The role allows on-site or hybrid work, with a monthly €800 stipend.

Responsibilities include first and second-level IT support, backoffice ticketing, and installation/maintenance of Windows and Linux systems, plus network support. The program offers training and mentoring in system administration and networking.

Competenze

• High school diploma in IT or related field (not mandatory if experience is sufficient).
• Strong interest in IT and system administration.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and basic networking concepts.

Mansioni

We are looking for a Helpdesk IT – Backoffice to join our team on an internship basis, working on-site or in hybrid mode (office/facility and remote work) in Avezzano (AQ), Italy.

Requirements:

• University degree is not mandatory if the candidate has a minimum level of experience
• High school diploma as IT Technician
• Strong passion for IT and system administration

Technical skills required:

• System Administration
  • Windows Server
  • Linux Server (Ubuntu / RedHat oriented)
• Networking
  • TCP/IP fundamentals
  • NAT / NAT forwarding
  • Firewall configuration
  • VPN, Proxy, DMZ concepts
• Preferably Proxmox and/or VMware
• Apache
• MySQL
• PHP
  (Theoretical knowledge is acceptable)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Helpdesk IT, you will be responsible for:

• First and second-level IT support
• Technical backoffice and ticket managementInstallation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
• Support in managing network infrastructure
• Troubleshooting activities on systems, networks and virtual environments
• Supporting server and backend service management
