Group O in Milan, Italy is seeking an IT Intern to join the IT Infrastructure group and grow through hands-on experience in helpdesk support, information security, and networking.

The ideal candidate is a college senior or graduate student in IT, eager to learn and explore full-time opportunities after graduation. The role is part-time for three months with potential for future employment.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Strong interest in information security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Part-time internship lasting three months with flexible schedule based on availability.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in implementing security policies, monitoring, and awareness initiatives.
• Help set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with IT team on projects, participate in meetings, training, and knowledge sharing.
