Databricks Lakebase Sales Specialist in Milan, Italy, will drive adoption of Lakebase, a fully-managed Postgres offering, by partnering with regional Account Executives to move opportunities to close. You will engage platform teams, data teams, and central IT, articulating how Lakebase enables faster feature delivery, improved governance, and cost efficiency at scale in AI-native applications.

Competenze

• Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience selling data platforms or operational databases to technical buyers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Drive new Lakebase revenue by identifying and activating Lakebase within a defined territory in partnership with regional Account Executives.
• Lead with outcomes for platform teams, data teams, and central IT, articulating Lakebase value and governance benefits.
• Sell fully-managed Postgres for intelligent applications and run complex multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Orchestrate proof-of-value and POCs with solution architects to validate Lakebase benefits for OLTP workloads and AI/ML apps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape territory plans and co-selling motions with key ISVs and GSIs.
