Databricks in Italy is seeking a creative, delivery-oriented Named Enterprise Account Executive to maximise the market opportunity in Data and AI. You will sell value to existing customers, identify new use cases, grow consumption, and guide deals forward to accelerate decisions.

You will report to the Sales Manager, Italy, and will co-develop business plans with partners, lead teams, and drive data and AI transformation initiatives using professional services and training.

Competenze

• Extensive experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise Customers.
• Experience managing federated sales campaigns in major accounts.
• Background in Data or Cloud industries with technical sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in high-growth enterprise software.
• Experience driving consumption and commitment-based engagement.
• Experience co-selling with cloud vendors and GSIs.
• Ability to build champions and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding buying centers and use cases.
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Value Selling.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
