Job summary

The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a Restaurant Manager to maximize financial performance by understanding the local market and partnering with culinary leadership to position the outlet. You will supervise daily restaurant operations, assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation, and support staff during peak periods to enhance guest and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training needs assessments, implementing development plans, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with 4 years of food and beverage/culinary experience.
• Education: 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Taking an entrepreneurial approach to driving the restaurant business by surveying restaurant demand and assessing opportunities.
• Leading significant marketing/public relations activities and managing restaurant marketing plans with hotel leadership and brand teams.
• Managing day-to-day restaurant operations, supervising staff, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting servers during peak times.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
