Job summary

The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a culinary professional to join our kitchen team. You will prepare ingredients, operate ovens and stoves, and ensure quality, safety, and presentation standards in a luxury hotel setting on Lake Como.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Monitor food quality while preparing food.
