Job summary

The Lake Como EDITION, nestled on Lake Como, seeks a skilled bartender to craft beverage orders, open wines, and maintain a pristine bar environment. You will handle cash transactions, assist with replenishments, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding company standards.

With at least 1 year of related experience, you will join a luxury hotel environment offering on-site duties, pro-rata bonuses, and opportunities to grow within the Marriott EDITION brand in Italy.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and presenting beverages according to recipes.
• Ability to issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Accurate cash handling and end-of-shift cashier reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Transport supplies to bar set-up area and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Process all payment methods and count bank at end of shift; resolve discrepancies.
