Emeren Group, Milan, Italy, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support solar and storage project development. You will work with engineering, legal, and finance teams to keep projects on track and within budget, contributing to a fast-growing energy transition.

You will develop projects up to RTB status, participate in site visits, and coordinate permitting with authorities. The role offers a dynamic, international environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• 1+ years of project development for solar PV and/or BESS in Italy.
• Electrotechnical knowledge in renewables and BESS.
• Knowledge of the Italian electricity market and permitting processes.

Mansioni

• Manage projects across engineering, legal and financial teams to meet delivery times.
• Develop projects up to RTB status; conduct site visits and permitting coordination.
• Manage development budget and costs; report progress.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
• Support with proposals, due diligence and technical advisory inputs.
• Prepare specifications, tenders, and contract selections (EPC, O&M).
• Attend meetings and represent Emeren in line with the code of conduct.
