JUWI Group is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead utility‑scale PV projects in Italy from Milan or Verona. You will guide projects through the EPC phase, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, oversee risk, update stakeholders, and ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements, while driving a safe and efficient handover to O&M.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy) or Business with technical exposure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in EPC project management, preferably utility-scale PV in Italy.
• Experience with EPC contracts and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of Italian permitting, grid connection, and renewable energy regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and possess a valid driver’s license.
• PMP®, PRINCE2® or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Lead EPC projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, HSE, Legal, Finance, and O&M.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality to meet COD targets.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and timely project reporting to management.
• Oversee handover to O&M and customer, ensuring contractual and technical requirements are met.
