Sungrow Renewables Development Co., Ltd is seeking a Development Manager based in Italy with remote work and periodic Milan visits to lead country development strategy for utility-scale BESS and solar projects.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with authorities and partners, oversee permitting and feasibility, and align with corporate objectives while driving innovation in renewable energy.

Competenze

• 5+ years in project development in energy, utility-scale BESS and solar.
• Strong leadership and team performance focus.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Deep knowledge of Italian regulatory framework for land use and permitting.
• Excellent negotiation and communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to drive projects from feasibility to RTB.
• Strong analytical and market analysis skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
