Enemix is expanding its Italy team with two Business Development Managers in Milan, covering legacy assets and greenfield origination across northern Italy, moving projects toward financial close with autonomy and senior leadership exposure.

Ideal candidates will have around 7 years in renewable energy project development, strong land acquisition and permitting experience, fluent Italian and excellent English, and a proactive, self-directed work style in a close-knit team.

Competenze

Around 7 years in renewable energy project development, PV preferred.
Full lifecycle experience from land acquisition to financial close.
Confident negotiating with landowners and managing meetings independently.
Financially literate with IRR-driven decision making.
Fluent Italian and strong English; able to engage with senior management.

Mansioni

Lead land acquisition and stakeholder engagement with landowners, municipalities, and grid operators.
Navigate planning and permitting processes independently with local authorities.
Coordinate across technical, financial and legal teams toward financial close.
Manage project economics, sources/uses, IRR impact of layout changes, land renegotiation.
Support route-to-market, EPC strategy and financial close preparation.
Work across advanced-stage assets and new greenfield origination in northern Italy.
