Generale Du Solaire in Milan seeks a Junior PV Developer to join the Development team, reporting to the Head of Development. You will manage and optimize project development from identification to Ready to Build, coordinating with the construction team and external consultants.

You will assess opportunities, perform due diligence, and craft technical solutions for permitting using Autocad, QGIS, and PVsyst while keeping timelines and budgets in check. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Competenze

Electrical/energy/industrial engineer with at least 2 years’ professional experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of solar projects and PV equipment and their interactions with grid connections.
Adaptable mindset and strong problem-solving ability with stakeholder communication skills.
Team player capable of working across different company teams and maintaining quality outputs.

Mansioni

Identify and assess PV development opportunities for the Italian market.
Participate in due diligence to support valuations and permits.
Develop technical solutions for permitting (Autocad, QGIS, PVsyst).
Secure grid conditions and connections with utilities; obtain permits until Ready to Build.
Manage development from project identification to construction and coordinate external consultants and authorities.
Stay up-to-date with legislation and market trends; act as GENERALE DU SOLAIRE ambassador.
