JUWI Group in Italy (Milan or Verona) is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead utility-scale PV projects through the EPC phase, from final development to COD.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, schedule and quality, ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements, and report to the Project Manager Lead.

The role requires 2+ years in EPC project management, fluent Italian and English, and willingness to travel within Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related Business field.
• Minimum 2 years in EPC project management, preferably utility-scale PV in Italy.
• Experience with EPC contracts and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of Italian permitting, grid connection, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Oversee EPC projects from initiation to COD.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, HSE, Legal, Finance, Admin, and O&M.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Provide regular project status reports to management and steering committees.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality performance.
