Lexroom in Milan is seeking a People Business Partner to collaborate with a client group across the organization and support growth, retention and team effectiveness. You will report to the Head of People and manage core HR processes, employee relations and insights for leadership.

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the Milan HQ, with occasional travel to other European offices to support our expanding footprint.

Competenze

4+ years in HR, including at least 1 as an HR or People Business Partner with your own client group.
Performance and compensation cycles run end to end.
Hands-on employee relations experience and a working knowledge of Italian labour law.
Comfort using AI tools in your daily work.
Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

Own the people agenda for your client group.
Run performance, engagement, compensation and promotion cycles, and help improve how we run them.
Shape how your teams are organised as they grow: structures, roles, reporting lines, reorgs.
Coach managers on their teams and on difficult conversations.
Handle employee relations, from probation reviews to disciplinary matters.
Give Talent Acquisition and People Operations the business context they need to do their job well.
Turn what you see and hear into clear insights for the Head of People and leadership.
