Lexroom is hiring a People Business Partner in Milan, reporting to the Head of People. You will partner multiple teams, managing performance, engagement, compensation and promotions, while shaping org design as Lexroom scales.

You will coach managers, handle employee relations, and provide business context to Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You will work in a hybrid setup, traveling occasionally to European offices, and you will be part of a growing company building Europe’s leading

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in HR with at least 1 year as an HR/People Business Partner responsible for a client group.
• Experience running performance, engagement, compensation and promotion cycles end-to-end.
• Hands-on employee relations experience and working knowledge of Italian labour law.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the people agenda for your client group.
• Run performance, engagement, compensation and promotion cycles end to end and optimize processes.
• Shape team structures, roles, reporting lines, and reorganisations as they grow.
• Coach managers on teams and difficult conversations.
• Handle employee relations from probation reviews to disciplinary matters.
