Microelettrica Scientifica S.p.A. is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Technical Sales Engineer (apprenticeship) with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering to support growth in infrastructure, components and systems.

You will build relationships with customers, assist in technical and commercial offers, and help monitor market trends. The role requires English and Italian proficiency, willingness to travel nationally and internationally, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Good command of English.
Good command of Italian.

Responsibilities

Support the Infrastructure Sales Manager in driving business growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders across functions.
Support planning and execution of regular customer visits and meetings.
Contribute to analysis of customer needs and market trends.
Support pricing activities and commercial evaluations.
Prepare and manage technical and commercial offers.
Support documentation for tenders and proposals.
Follow up quotations and assist in order negotiations.
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders daily.
Monitor projects and market developments; report findings.
Collect competitor and market intelligence data.
Support business development with sales agents and partners.
