Job summary

Lynxeo is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to join our sales team based in Pioltello, Italy. You will identify opportunities, develop new business through proactive visits, and build strong relationships with customers while expanding your territory.

You will understand customer needs and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms to move opportunities to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in field sales, technical sales, account management, or B2B business development.
• Strong understanding of technical customer requirements and solution selling.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
