Responsibilities

• Learn to program fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Learn to program supervision systems which control the field equipment.
• Interact with the Project Manager to collect the information for the development of the software.
• Deliver support services by using remote connections to customer systems via web tool, phone, other communication media, or site visit.
• Perform assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by HQ).
• Provide operational assistance and application support.
• Diagnose, clarify, and resolve technical problems.
• Clarify events, analyse trace and diagnostic information, provide information about findings to solve the issue and give guidance for next steps.

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between €28,475 and €35,700, depending on the candidate’s educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
