TD SYNNEX Italy is seeking a junior professional to support the growth of Dell cyber resilience services. You will help identify and position cyber services opportunities, work with sales, presales, and services leadership, and contribute to pipeline growth through enablement and partner collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of Dell Cyber services and help position them with internal teams and partners.
• Build a foundational understanding of cybersecurity architectures, threat landscapes, and resilience frameworks.
• Proactively review pipeline to identify opportunities to attach Dell Cyber services and collaborate with sales and presales teams.
• Support regular pipeline reviews and follow-up actions to progress cyber resilience opportunities.
• Participate in bi-weekly reviews with the local Dell services lead to assess pipeline health and support enablement activities.
• Provide quarterly updates to the central team on pipeline progress and results against goals and targets.
• Leverage Dell marketing assets to position products and drive Dell Cyber Services attach with local collaboration.
• Support partner technical enablement through service positioning, workshops, solution alignment, and opportunity planning.

Role purpose

Support the growth of Dell cyber resilience services by helping identify, position, and advance cyber services opportunities across the pipeline. This junior role will work closely with sales, presales, and services leadership to promote Dell's cyber resilience value proposition, strengthen services attach, and contribute to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of Dell Cyber services and help position them with internal teams and partners, including:
  • Endpoint security and Extended Detection and Response (XDR)
  • SIEM, security analytics, and threat monitoring platforms
  • Data protection, backup resilience, and ransomware recovery strategies
• Build a foundational understanding of cybersecurity architectures, threat landscapes, and resilience frameworks, and apply that knowledge to support customer priorities and partner solution strategies.
• Proactively review pipeline to identify opportunities to attach Dell Cyber services and work with sales and presales teams to increase services attach across relevant deals.
• Support regular pipeline reviews and follow-up actions to help progress cyber resilience opportunities.
• Participate in bi-weekly reviews with the local Dell services lead to assess pipeline health, track progress, and support local enablement activities as needed.
• Provide quarterly updates to the central team on pipeline progress, activities, and results against agreed goals and targets.
• Leverage the available Dell marketing and enablement assets to position products internally and externally to partners to drive successful Dell Cyber Services attach with a strong local collaboration with Dell Services account Executive and Local TDSynnex Services champions!
• Support partner technical enablement through service positioning, workshops, solution alignment, and opportunity planning.

Preferred Profile

• Early-career professional with an interest in cybersecurity, cyber resilience, and services-led sales.
• Good understanding of core cybersecurity concepts and a willingness to continue learning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across sales, presales, partners, and services teams.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics in a business-oriented way.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage follow-up across multiple opportunities.
• Experience in cybersecurity, services, or partner-facing environments is a plus, but not required.
