Haier Europe is seeking a Junior Controller for Italy to assist the Finance team with monthly closings, budgeting and forecasting, and performance monitoring for the Italian market.

You will analyze variances, support cost control by product line, and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Strong Excel, accounting knowledge, and fluent Italian and English are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in structured multinationals.
• Accounting knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Knowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus.

• Support monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor sales, margins, and operating expenses
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
• Support cost control activities and profitability analysis by product line
