Copeland Controls in Belluno, Italy, seeks a Junior Controller to support monthly close, budgeting and reporting while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The role is on-site at our Belluno site and involves collaboration with the finance team.

The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Italian is native with intermediate English, and a proactive, team-oriented approach is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, controlling, auditing, financial analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Native Italian and intermediate English language skills are mandatory.

Mansioni

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, analyses, and management presentations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring data is complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to ensure accurate recording of revenues and expenses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor financial data, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions.
• Assist in maintaining accounting controls and procedures to ensure compliance with policies.
• Process and manage approval requests related to operational and capital expenditures.
