Haier Europe is seeking a Financial Controller for Area Service to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the Service department in a cross-functional setting. You will monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in controlling or service operations, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and fluency in Italian and English. The role offers a permanent contract and smart working options.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus.

• Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs).
• Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy in service management systems.
