Haier Europe in Vimercate, Italy, is seeking a Junior Controller to support the Finance team with monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for the Italian market.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations, maintain data accuracy, assist in audits, and provide insights on cost control and product-line profitability.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in structured multinationals.
• Accounting knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP a plus).
• Consolidation/reporting tools such as Hyperion or Oracle are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Italian and English fluency.

Job Posting Title Junior Controller Italy

The challenge The Junior Controller Italy supports the Finance team in monitoring financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities for the Italian market. The role will focus on the Finished Goods business, supporting profitability analysis and business performance monitoring for the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)

What you need to succeed

Requirements

Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 32.000
