InPost Italy is seeking a Junior Controller to join our Finance team in Milan. You will support monthly reporting, analyze cost allocations, and help prepare management presentations, budgets and forecasts with SAP data.

Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of analytical accounting, good Excel skills, and an eye for detail. English at intermediate level and a proactive attitude are important for success in our international environment.

Competenze

• Basic knowledge of management/analytical accounting.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Accuracy in managing financial data, especially during month-end closing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude in identifying and highlighting financial data issues.

Mansioni

• Assist in monthly financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet) and support data for the Group.
• Analyze costs and revenues allocations; prepare data for statutory reporting.
• Contribute to monthly management presentations.
• Support budget and forecasting activities with data validation and uploads to planning & actuals.
• Prepare data for accruals and maintain in SAP.
• Collaborate with Finance & Administration on ad hoc activities.
