Haier Europe is seeking a Service Operations Controller based in Italy to monitor and optimize service operations, drive efficiency and cost control, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work with field service teams and partners to improve performance and data accuracy across service management systems, supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years in

Competenze

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department
