ZEGNA in Milan is seeking a Junior Consumer Value Insights Specialist to analyze consumer behavior and translate data into actionable recommendations that drive satisfaction, engagement, and business performance.
You will build dashboards, collaborate with Marketing, CRM and Product teams, support segmentation models, and gather feedback to shape value‑driven initiatives across the organization.

As Junior Consumer Value Insights Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Team, helping us analyze consumer behavior, extract insights, and support value-creation initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on transforming data into meaningful recommendations that help improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and business performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist ensures that consumer insights guide strategic decisions and operational improvements.

The position provides for a base salary between: € 26,000-€ 33,000 Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience.
