Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A, based in Milan, is seeking a Corporate Visual Merchandiser to safeguard the brand’s luxury identity across markets. You will collaborate with Global Visual Merchandising, Creative, Production, Retail and Market teams to ensure consistent visual presentation across all touchpoints.

The role requires at least 2 years in Retail Visual Merchandising or luxury retail, strong in-store presentation and stakeholder management, plus fluent English.

• At least 2 years in Retail Visual Merchandising, Luxury Retail and/or Sales environments.
• Experience in visual merchandising techniques, in-store product presentation and store operations.
• Ability to train and coach local teams and collaborate with global partners.

• Support development of Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines with Creative and Production teams.

YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Corporate Visual Merchandiser, based in Milan, you will bring your creativity, visual sensitivity and retail expertise to the Global Visual Merchandising Team, helping us ensure a consistent and impactful brand image across all markets worldwide. You’ll work closely with the Global Visual Merchandising, Creative, Production, Retail and Market teams to drive excellence in visual presentation and strengthen Zegna’s luxury identity across all touchpoints.

• Guide local markets in the implementation of Global Visual Merchandising Guidelines, ensuring consistency while adapting to local business needs.
• Support the development of Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines by collaborating with Creative and Production teams.
• Be responsible for monitoring the correct execution of window calendars, product rotations and visual standards in line with merchandising and product delivery schedules.
• Act as a coach and brand ambassador by training and supporting local Visual Merchandising teams through feedback, best practice sharing and continuous development activities.
• Manage relationships with worldwide markets through regular store visits, promoting visual excellence and fostering a strong visual merchandising culture across retail and wholesale channels.

WHO YOU ARE

• You bring at least 2 years of experience in Retail Visual Merchandising, Luxury Retail and/or Sales environments.
• You’re skilled in Visual Merchandising techniques, in-store product presentation, retail operations, visual guideline implementation, stakeholder management and training activities.
• You’re known for your organizational skills, proactive mindset, autonomy and strong communication abilities, and it shows in how you collaborate with colleagues and support teams globally.
• You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The position provides for a base salary between: 33.000 – 38.000 Euro
• Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
• Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
• The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience
