Tenuta Toscana Golf & Field Club in Tuscany seeks a motivated Commis de Partie to join its luxury culinary team. Ideal for someone starting their culinary career, with a passion for Mediterranean and Tuscan cuisine, you will support the kitchen under the Chef de Partie and contribute to high standards.

You will learn traditional techniques, work calmly under pressure, maintain a clean workstation, and collaborate with service staff to ensure timely dining experiences for guests at the estate

Competenze

• Culinary education or vocational training completed.
• Ideally 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Interest in Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine; eager to learn techniques.
• Understanding of HACCP and ingredient handling.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Assist in preparation and presentation of dishes to meet high quality standards.
• Support consistency and precision during service while maintaining culinary philosophy.
